I feel the same way about the Audi TT - I wish they had kept the original body style.

I took delivery of the very first production Audi TT in the US, I mean the first one off the boat, in Houston May 1, 1999.

Take a look at a 2000 silver TT driving down the road today, and if it's in good condition, it looks contemporary with just about any vehicle next to it -- that's how far ahead of its time it was TEN YEARS AGO.

It was underpowered, sure, but a thrill to drive. And it even had back seats, if you happened to have friends without legs!

I considered getting a used TT before buying my XF. I have no regrets!
