If we can get these cars up to 200 whp i don't see why we cant run 13's with perfect conditions, right now on the same whp we run what Acura RSX type s's do or a bit quicker, all they need is 200 whp to run a high 13, so ratio to ratio we should be the same if not a high high 13 a low 14 for sure.
it won't do that since the car has no limited slip, its a open differential, and the torque band is too wide. a real tuner would f around with the gear ratios and make the car go faster that way.
