You have probably just gotten used to the power plus some heat soak issues and think it is not running like it used to. This happen to me and caused me to install a pulley and redo my intake configuration. Just change out your pump and it will be piece of mind. then work on getting yourself a CAI of some sort. That may be it as well. Just gotten used to the power. I will be swapping out my pump soon, so I won't have to worry about it anymore, and there won't be any question.
I guess it's probably also time to get a CAI and new pulley.
