It happened a few miles from my home. I did not know the person but living in a small community (12,000 people) news travels very quickly. I felt I wanted to share this as we all (or most of us) like to have fun once in a while and hope that all of us be cognizant how quickly it can go bad. The guy was a knucklehead as he was drinking and driving. Last year about two miles up the road from me, a guy was drinking and driving and not only almost killed himself, but disabled a Mom of young kid that works for me. Very sad. Ironically, he is a very well known funeral director. He currently is sitting in jail.
