Don't knock an entire brand based on an independant dealership. That is
not the Chrysler experience that is a crappy dealership experience.
My visits to the local dealership have always been positive.
They treat me and my cars very well. I would have no problem buying another Chrysler based solely on the treatment received from the local dealership.
