I would try Eurocharged/LET. If you absolutely do not want to send your ECU to them, then they can probably send you a remote tuning kit. However, it would be quite an expensive deposit and shipping costs, as well as quite an expensive phone call while they were doing the tuning remotely. It is definitely worth a shot.
