let me preface this by saying i have neither of the 178 pullys . by simply looking at the websites the biggest difference i see is the eurocharged 178 is a non dampend pulley and the asp is a reworked m/b dampened pulley.
both are underdrive pulleys. this is why i went with a c3 but if i had to pick one i would want the factory dampened pulley. just my .02 and the 3rd option of course is the c3 pulley. approx the same power as the 178 but no changes to the acc pulleys or crank, just a s/c pulley change
