ALL of our pullies are mechanically dampened. We have NEVER sold a non-dampened pulley nor has LET in the past.

There is a clutch assembly in the pulley itself, the actual pulley (any of ours) is actually made up of a ton of internal pieces including a clutch, not one solid piece.
