I need the first part you cite, the dome with two holes..Thanks to you I have the part number. Where do you suggest ordering them from the dealer?

I found a couple types - one is flat like a slightly domed cover and has two holes in it so you can thread them onto studs.
Part -
05103005AA (front ones for carpet behind seats where it meets the top of the bulkhead)
The other is almost the shape of a large push pin without the pin, and threads onto studs.

It's best you first see a car that has them and then determine location and type before ordering them.
