Well, I can't recommend anything in a smaller size but I have had four brands of tires on my SRT so far. The original Conti's were terrible. Rode rough and noisy. I had Yokohama Advan S.4's and liked them very much but sold the rims and tires as a package. I bought used rims that had Kumo's (can't remember model) and hated them. No traction, rode rough and noisy. I currently have General UHP's and love the heck out of them. Not real expensive, quite, ride soft, good handling etc.
