Just pack one change of underwear (in case you have an accident) and a credit card. Drops in the boot very easily and saves room for soveniers. If married, it saves room for her stuff.
Me. I just found it easier all round to make payments on a car for HER. She can carry her own stuff.

If he can do ten days with his wife and fit it all in a roadster trunk, I will be impressed. My wife fills the car with an overnight trip!
