As for the Crossfire, every dealership gives me a different story. Under the Max care they say the loaner is only available if the car needs to be there more than a day. Other dealerships automatically give me the loaner with no questions asked.

However, I did not know we were entitled to a loaner just for owning a Crossfire. While still under the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty, my old dealership would never give me a loaner. I was able to get rides so I never bothered.
