I pulled mine out to lower it. I had power and exposed the bolts.

IT is a heavy mother to pull out

Go to the wiring manual and see if you can get to a connector to see if there is power going to the seat connector. see if there is power on the circuit

aLSO I would sit and push the buttons while jiggling like craze in on , start position, and accessorie position.

Slam the doors too to see if there was a loose connector.
