For the OP, the C3 SC pulley is the smallest that I am aware of, and ABOUT equals the 178mm crank pulley. Finding one may be a little harder and as mentioned, many have had some issues with customer service.

Crank pulleys are not too bad to put on (The crank bolt is the biggest PITA) and they make the best power. They also spin EVERYTHING faster, not just the SC. Bearings running faster will wear out sooner. I have a LET 181mm and VERY happy with it.
