IMO it is not about any singular part that is the absolute best... I think it is about the combination of certain parts that creates the best result...
so some 178mm pulley users like cruzin will have better ETs and Hp numbers because of the total combination of mods...over another user with different mods.
also, because the vehicles were hand built, each engine responds differently to different modifications...
