My early 05 Roadster also had a transmission leak. Took it in for service and thought all was well. A few weeks later she started acting like the transmission was slipping (automatic) and after about 2 blocks she shut down completely! They had to haul her in and it took three weeks before they were able to figure out that it was exactly what I kept trying to tell them.........the transmission. The car's computer was sending wrong messages about some other problems! What a mess! But, after they put a whole new transmission in, we drove her to Jacdsonville and back and haven't had another minutes trouble. Knock on wood! I still love that little "red-haired girl"!
