I think that the seats are identical to each other and the switches can be moved to the other side, as the holes for mounting the switches are on both sides of the seat.

I guess not as the later post points out the fabric differance on the sides, but the seat base appears to be the same. maybe the motors and switches could be moved or probably the best idea is to switch the seat coverings as noted in a later post. Fabric showing instead of Chryslers "Corinthian" leather would not be bad.
