Our cost to port, polish, and do a vlave job is 1500.00. That includes using your stock springs and vlaves, but with new retainers and seals.
A larger exhaust valve may not be necessary at this point. Actually I know it isn't as we have a lot of meat left on the exhaust side to play around with.
