Call them up. They drop ship from Kleemann. They will tell you it is at least 3-6 weeks before delivery. Then call Kleemann and they will tell you they no longer make them because it took nearly 3 years to sell the first batch they had made.

I just went though this last month finding cams for a customer. I'm in the process of getting some made, but it looks like I'm going to have to purchase 35 sets for a decent price. If that's the case I don't think I'll ever sell them.
