I don't agree completely with this, as I think as a phone it performs great! I have no issues with it although I don't do a lot of "talking" these days. Most of my communication is via texting. They do need to add some features like MMS to it. It pains me that I cannot take a pic and text it to someone. Ugh........Apparently though, this is in the works?? Last I heard was they were going to launch it at the end of the summer.
