Get an SRT-4 if you want cheap horsepower (+ understeer). You can get 400HP EZ on the 2.5L with a 50 trim, SAFC fuel controller, a bit of porting, etc. I have a stage3 SRT-4 Neon and an Xfire SRT-6. You can't beat the bang-for-the buck on either one, even if my SRT-6 is stock.
