#1 High resistance contact to the pins of the relay,IE not enough contact,
#2 reverse polarity , but you switched the wires around (fried buzzer)
I plan to solder some 22 gauge wire to the pins on the relay to give a permanent contact, and reduce the possable electrical arking on the base of the pins
