Exactly... it is OSU, that's why this is so unexpected! Looks like this doucebag is from Kansas (I would have guessed Texas, haha.) And to park that close to car with a paper tag, that's pathetic!

If this happens again, give me a call. I'll park super close on the other side of this jerk and see how he likes it. I'm sure he'll get the idea when we videotape him trying to get into his car and post it on youtube.
