You can send to me or find someone local. Check their work and experience. The process is called Hydrographics. The pattern is on a film. the part is prepped using the base coat color you want. then sanded smooth, the pattern is cut to fit and floated on a water tank using a chemical accelerant. The parts are then dipped carefully which allows the material to coat around the edges and fill the little gaps. That is allowes to dry. Then some light wet sanding followed by 2-3 coats of clearcoat then a final wet sand and polish.
