Dealer finally agreed to replace the relay control module. The part will take about 3 or 4 days to arrive. Dealer must have Chrysler Tech support approval prior to replacing a module under warranty. I guess they are trying to save money since the parts come from Mercedes. They also found some minor corrision on the power control module. They cleaned it and put some diaelectic grease on it and called it good. That was interesting since the car has lived its entire life in Arizona. Oh well.
