My rule of thumb is that any thing made in China is rubbish, inspection of the part is required to disprove this generalization.
I try and avoid anything made in China, many of these goods were previously made by those people that are now under employed or worse unemployed. I encourage everybody to boycott these goods and help steer the West out of this slump.
