I run the Nittos on the Z car. They work best heated up but a NHRA burnout is not necessary. They will get greasy if you over do it. I run 20 to 25 lbs in them and cant tell much of a difference on a poorly prepped track, which is usually what you get on street car nights at most tracks. They will stick good enough to break something if the track is prepped well. You will be shocked how much better they are than even top street tires. My guess is on a 12 sec crossfire, you may not even be able to spin them off the line. I use a 245/45/17 on the Datsun with about 450ft/lb of torque. A wider tire on the crossfire with a bit less torque should provide plenty of stick for whatever you can throw at it. Good luck! edit; scratch the crossfire comment, I see you are in a 32 with the same 245 size I use. Just set it @ 25lbs and romp on it and see what happens. Adjust from there.
