I find the 20 figure hard to believe, since 1 was in my home town back in those days...I worked at a local gas station where everyone hung out...and the stinger hood is correct, but many put them on the 327 corvette...it was to make room for the air cleaner on the big block...one of my teachers had a '66 327 and a classmate's old brother has a '65...he bought new, and still owns it...what I wouldn't give to own it..still all orginal...there was a 63 split window...all this in a little farm town of 2500 people...but it was a muscle car town...if we all had only known what these car were going to be worth...
