So I went by Pep Boys and sure enough, they had 2 of the Purolator L25277 oil filters on the shelf. And they still have them at $28.49 each!

Then I stopped at Advance Auto near my house and they had 2 of the L25277 filters on their shelf. And they still have them at $30.99 each - Pep Boys ended up being a bargain!

Anyway, I've got 3 of the NAPA gold versions (at $10 & change) and that will probably last me 5-6 years, at the rate I put on mileage.
