whats the deal? are your tyres worn? especially seeing that you have a SL intake and a Code3 pully you should definatly be in the mid to high 12's, just a needswings cai gets people in the high 12's!

if your tyres are fine I'd get that pully check out man, should definatly be going faster then that!!
