I think another option might be the dealers Errors and Omissions or General Liability insurance coverage. they had one at the time of purchase of your car-they were in business, and therefore that policy may be there for anything they omitted to tell you, or in fact had hidden from you. One could request that info on the policy writer
and contact them. I would also contact Enterprise and ask them specifically who might handle their class action suits. they have the G and L coverages too. I also might go to the media who'd love to hear about potential rip-offs. every TV station has its' "consumer affairs reporter". But do some digging on your own. The Vin with damage will show up somewhere if it was in an accident, because it was probably in an accident with someone else involved, and that insurance co. knows the info, so why not Enterprise?
See if you can get your auto insurer to run what's called an NYIB, or ISO index on your VIN and see if there are any matches reported. It might show up there.
