Yep-- I had them too (see pics in my gallery). The dealer wanted nothing to do with fixing it since I bought the car used (as is) and hadn't brought it up at time of purchase. Luckily I have a friend who runs the body shop at another dealership-- I dropped off the spoiler and he fixed it and matched the paint for free. It looks like new and I have not seen a recurrence of the cracks. But of course I have been very gentle when closing the trunk-- and it has only been 3-4 months.
