No clue, but I would definitely keep it in double digits while it is cracked. I'm thinking enough downforce (high speeds) could definitely cause problems to an already damaged spoiler. Like you said, it would be bad to have that thing come flying off at 150+. I'm pretty sure it would be a write off at that point.
