Hi guys

Got some really bad news, whilst driving in the rain on a motorway today the crossfire aquaplaned badly (ive had this before in this car) and hit a bridge before the central reservation, luckily my wife who was driving was unhurt but im thinking he's going to be write off.

Someone told me today that if the airbags deploy then insurance companies write the car off rather than risk some future lawsuit if replaced airbags dont function on a future crash.

Anyone have any knowledge of this?

Dont want to put him down as he's only done 14000miles
