I have a Zurich warranty, and it is
additional miles.
On the back of the first page of the contract, Section A. Definitions:
Term: Used Vehicle Plans. The time and mileage limits of the term selected start on the contract date of sale and from the mileage registered on your vehicle's odometer on that date. The coverage expires when the length of time of the term is reached (12:01 a.m. local standard time) or your vehicle's odometer reading is equal to the sum of the term mileage plus the mileage on your vehicle on the contract date of sale, whichever occurs first.
