unplug the supercharger clutch drive around see if the noise goes away. If it does you have your clutch engaging answer. Mine does not do it all the time so i have no way of really checking. Yours sounds pretty often I would think this would work for you.
I had the exact same thing happen to me as described in the MBWorld forum when I had my 178 pulley and my code3 installed coupled with the tune from Eurocharged. After a bunch of troubleshooting that did nothing i ended up requesting a new tune and it fixed the jerking problem. I was relieved the heavy jerk was gone but soonthereafter the chirp that the guys on the mb forum described started in. That lasted for about a month and just vanished randomly. Its very weird. I even had TVT check it out and he wasnt sure what was going on, suggested that it might be a failing pulley or belt slip. Havent had any problems since though. I also installed the DIY beltwrap kit installed in the process of troubleshooting, which I thought was putting too much pressure on my pullies but idk its stil on and the problem went away so I'm gonna leave it alone. Just thought I'd share
