Welcome to the club. Do a search and you will see this is a common problem. Pretty soon the whole thing will get worse and eventually fall down on you. The factory must have used bad glue and they didn't wrap the headliner around the edges properly so humidity could get in. Forget the dealer (unless it is covered under warraty).... Even if it is still under warranty I still suggest getting a local shop to do it for you. They will do a custom job and do it right! Cost me about 140. The guy who did it has been around 40 years (family run place). Said he never saw a headliner drop so fast on a new car.
