Forget the dual tube CAI. You need a 3" single source for maximum efficiency.
Draw air from low and to the side but outside of the engine compartment.
Get a dyno tune, larger injectors and do some minor exhaust work. Hotter plugs may help also.
Throttle body would be my next improvement, port and polish the stock one or look at a larger diameter unit. This I would not do without a good tuner.
Any mod may help in an of itself. But, a good dyno tune can wring every bit of power out of the mod. My CAI and a flash tune gave me 29 HP. My dyno tune gave me 57 HP at the crank.
