I spent time behind the Autozone counter and could not find a suitable smooth pulley but this works so I don't need the pulley!

Glad that I actually helped out the great tighed1. As much as you have offered to this forum, it's nice to know I offered something to you.

Have you gotten on it really hard yet? I haven't had a chance to fully test out this configuration for an extended period.
