only takes about an hour to put the pulley on. its all the other things i found to do while i was in the engine that takes so long!! i ended up replacing 3 other pulleys while in the bay.
sorry i wont be at the dragon. family in town and when the eurocharged dyno tune fell thru i decided to wait. maybe next yr.
dont worry about proper spacing numbers. what you are looking for is getting the pulley as close as possible to the clutch without it rubbing. this may require installing shims 1 at a time torqueing and measuring repeatedly.
WARNING!!!! do not i repeat do not overtorque the s/c bolt! 20 nm not ft/lbs torque. if you go ft/lbs convert the 20 nm. this bolt will break easily and can be replaced for only 1000!$$. thats right . the bolt is only sold with the oem pulley and bearing.
