All Limited models have the infiniti system with the 2 subwoofers behind the seats. The only model that would not have the infiniti system would be the base which will only be all black 6 spds with cloth seats (and maybe the special edition red roadsters with cloth seats). As far as upgrading, it is a must. I went with an aftermarket deck and added another set of components. Redid all the wiring to heavier gauge stuff and LOVE the sound that can be focused in that cabin.
You will love the 6 speed as well. I drove an auto for a while before getting the 6MT and I love it, much more fun than the auto
thanks guys. Boiler, how difficult was it to rewire the back and the front speakers and what did you use to carry the wire though the door and last where did you place your tweeters for the fronts?
