In my car I have the output wired to knock out the ESP and yes, you can do hellacious donuts and definitely drift around corners with it off. LOL I'd say don't do this mod with new tires as you'll burn them off really quick learning how much fun it is to throw your car harder into a corner and be able to carry more momentum through it.
