2. Turn temp dials up
3. Close the vents
4. Move the selector to defrost
It works quickly....seems odd, but turning on the AC dehumidifies the air.
No, the cold surface of the AC condenses the moisture in the air coming from the cabin and does not allow it to re-enter the cabin.
