unless they are just referring to 400 crank HP, then that's normal...if you are modded, you are damn close or over 400 crank HP...that's easy.
now 400whp, off spray, that's a goal. most I've seen dyno'd was something like 359whp or something similar on a DynoJet...I think it was by Brian Brave...
