Nice to hear from you! Everything I have done applies exactly the same to the SLK but doing this to the SLK would be much easier. This is because you have to use the STAR Diagnostic system in developer mode to do the coding and the STAR System does not have the Crossfire in it. there are some modules that have specific programing for the Crossfire. this is because of our different size wheels and some other differences such as my coupe cannot retract the roof. The Crossfire specific modules are not recognized by the STAR system and we had to do a lot of coding to make all the modules happy together. Also the SLK has a MB Vin so you don't have to figure out how to get a Mercedes ECU to accept a Chrysler VIN number.
