If these are the black plastic fasteners with a big head about 3/4" diameter, you can carefully pull them out and reuse them. I say use care so the head is not damaged and looks ugly, they will still work if they get damaged as its the barbs on them that do the holding. They will probably cost $3 to $5 at the stealership, less elsewhere.
