As for what it does in reards to the 2004's is how the switch operates. In the 2004's, the top part of the switch only disables the TC and the bottom only enables it. This module will make the 2005's and newer behave the same way.

As far as tires go, the guys that are spinning both of them just got em good and hot and both broke loose. It's just an open diff back there so you'd need to do a phantom grip to lock them both together.

Lastly, this uses the traction control button, not the blank in the SRT's where the wing button goes on the base/limiteds. I have that used for the intercooler pump/radiator fan module that turns them both on high, even when the car is on but not running. Useful for when you're hot lappin it at the track.
