18 ADR CLK SLK Audi A3 A4 A5 Chrysler Crossfire Wheels:eBay Motors (item 270480489139 end time Nov-11-09 20:50:32 PST)

Really digging these wheels, but don't know anything about offsets or spacers or anything like that. What would be necessary to run these wheels on my 05 xfire?
