Default ESP disable the right way

I don't know about the other members on here but I am definitely not a fan of ESP in our cars. So I have been working with a friend who is a former technician on Crossfires to try to disable it thru the ESP module. I have found out a little bit so far, It is a two part sensor not two sensors. I have diagrams to the module's wiring but have not found a place in the grid to place a voltage clamp or cut off switch without throwing a code. Here is the info i have on the ESP module...
OPERATION
The Yaw Rate/Lateral Acceleration Sensor is a combined sensor.

The yaw rate portion of the sensor is used to measure the yaw rate of the vehicle. When the vehicle turns, acceleration forces are produced which cause torsion. This torsion change within the sensor is proportional of the yaw rate of the vehicle.

The lateral acceleration portion of the sensor measures the amount of lateral acceleration during cornering. This sensor uses a spring/mass type element to measure the amount of lateral acceleration. The lateral acceleration that occurs during cornering causes the spring/mass element to move from its normal position to a position corresponding to the magnitude of the lateral acceleration. Every change in the spring/mass element position changes the output voltage of the sensor.

ESP YAW RATE/LATERAL ACCELERATION SENSOR - 6 WAY CAV CIRCUIT FUNCTION PIN OUT
1 20DG S-CAN (-) (DIAG ONLY)
2 20WT S-CAN (+) (DIAG ONLY)
3 20RD/DG 5 VOLT SUPPLY
4 - -
5 20BR SENSOR GROUND
6 20BL/YL STEERING ANGLE SENSOR SIGNAL ***

I'm not a electrician so I don't know too much in this area. My friend suggested putting a volt meter on the wire going to the steering wheel angle sensor when the car is at rest and ESP is not engaged. Then clamp it to not exceed that amount of voltage. He said it seems like the only way. If I put a cut off at the relay switch i will throw a code for the ESP, transmission control and shifter lever module. After I get my ECU back tomorrow I will try it out and report back with my findings. If anyone has any ideas or can see something in the diagram i cant please help out.
