A Dremel costs like 4 times more than a battery powered or electric drill. Everyone has an electric drill, only a few of us have a Dremel (maybe more of us XF owners than the general population. (you can buy an electric drill for like $20).

A dremel will work but is a lot of effort.
An electric drill and a Mother's mini-powerball does the job in 30 seconds.
